Every task scored individually — sorted highest to lowest AI exposure
arranges for investigations of the credit worthiness of individuals or companies
AI-powered credit risk platforms such as Experian's Ascend or Equifax's Ignite can automatically pull credit bureau data, analyse financial histories, and generate creditworthiness scores with minimal human input.
checks that accounting, recording and statutory procedures are adhered to for all credit transactions
AI-driven compliance tools and robotic process automation (RPA) platforms like UiPath can automatically audit credit transactions against regulatory and accounting standards, flagging anomalies for human review.
receives requests for credit submissions and lending proposals
AI tools like Microsoft Copilot can triage and categorise incoming credit requests, auto-populate submission forms, and flag incomplete applications, but human judgment is still needed to prioritise and act on edge cases.
arranges for the collection of arrears of payment
AI tools can automate payment reminder sequences, predict which accounts are at risk of default using machine learning, and schedule follow-up actions, though negotiating repayment plans with debtors still requires human communication skills.
deals with any enquiries or difficulties concerning the acceptance or rejection of credit applications
AI chatbots and virtual assistants can handle routine enquiries about application status or standard rejection reasons, but complex disputes, negotiations, and sensitive communications still require human empathy and judgment.

This is not a pay rise — it's 1,008 hours of productive capacity that AI could return to you, valued at your current rate.
The portion of your current salary tied to tasks AI can automate or augment. Not a prediction of job loss — a signal of where your role is changing fastest.
How is this calculated?▾
Task weights — each task is weighted by its O*NET frequency rating. Where frequency data is absent, equal weighting is applied.
AI time reduction — tasks scored as "AI Automates" assume 80% time saving; "AI Assists" assumes 40%; "Human-Led" assumes 5%.
Salary equivalent — annual hours saved × (salary ÷ 1,800 working hours/year).
Value at risk — salary × share of role time in AI-automate or AI-assist tasks.
Figures are indicative estimates for planning purposes, not guarantees of productivity gain or job loss risk.
